Elite Whey Isolate is a blend of Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrates and Whey Peptides. Each serving is enzymatically predigested (which can improve absorption and bio-availability), provides over 4 grams of Glutamine and precursors, and 5+ grams of BCAAs.

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are depleted during intense training. These same BCAAs are used to repair and help witht he growth of cells.

Recommended Use:

Add 1 level scoop to 5-6 ounces of water, milk or juice. Stir, shake or blend for 20 seconds, or until completely disersed, then drink immediately.
