Verzehrsempfehlung und Anwendung von Blox:

On trainingdays: Take 1 scoop and mix it with 8-10 oz of cold water prior, during or after workout.

Non Trainingdays: Take 1 scoop and mix it with 8-10 oz of cold water in the morning on an empty stomach.
